e-estimation (Standard)
The e-estimation module is customized with a series of intelligent questions to assist users in selecting the appropriate products and services and producing detailed specifications for production equipment.
e-commission (Standard)
The e-commission module calculates commission rates for sales representatives on a per account basis. Commission reports can be viewed in HTML and/or exported in a standard spreadsheet format.
e-admin (Standard)
The e-admin module allows company administrators to administrate customer accounts and credit terms as well as add, modify or delete customer, product, service, production material and equipment information including size specifications, setup times, run speeds, material usage and pricing.
e-connection (Optional)
The e-connection module provides connectivity to external routers and servers enabling companies to host their own E-complete powered web sites.
e-pricelists (Standard)
The e-pricelists module allows administrators the ability to create multiple pricelists. Pricelists can provide end-user, reseller or customer specific pricing with quantity discount ability that reflect products, production materials, equipment run speeds, make ready times, material usage and minimum charges. Administrators can assign pricelists on a per account basis. Pricelists can be imported or exported in a standard spreadsheet format or viewed in HTML.
e-customization (Optional)
The e-customization module provides functionality for any customer-specific processes.
e-docket (Optional)
The e-docket module works in conjunction with the e-estimation module to create detailed production information, including service, material and equipment specifications. Dockets can be viewed, printed and sent as e-mail attachments with all quotes and orders.
e-interface (Optional)
The e-interface module integrates a custom designed interface that compliments your company's corporate identity.
e-integration (Optional)
The e-integration module allows E-complete Software to connect to or synchronize with any existing accounting, enterprise, inventory or contact management software.
e-intranet (Standard)
The e-intranet module allows employees, sales representatives and administrators to view a company bulletin board and receive e-mail from any computer equipped with an Internet browser.
e-inventory (Optional)
The e-inventory module tracks inventory levels of products, production materials and customer inventoried projects. Automatic notifications are sent to the appropriate supplier or employee e-mail addresses when inventory levels reach designated reorder points.
e-marketing (Standard)
The e-marketing module provides employees intelligent sales and marketing tools such as company account, user account or category based message and banner advertising. Customized messages and banners are automatically displayed upon user login to promote sales, new equipment, services and any other news worthy messages.
e-pages (Optional)
The e-pages module provides search engine-specific web pages. When a search engine robot or spider requests a page, a page specifically designed for that search engine is delivered, thus increasing your site's rating within that specific search engine. Administrators can add, delete or modify pages based on specific search engines and content.
e-payment (Optional)
The e-payment module provides real time transaction processing via credit card or electronic cheque payment options. Authorization will be performed through your banks authorized secure payment server. Upon authorization funds will be directly deposited into your company's merchant services account. The e-payment module can be configured in 2 ways:
- Authorize and accept payments from an existing payment page located within E-complete Software. This requires the use of the e-secure module to encrypt and decrypt data.
- Authorize and accept payments from a payment page located on your bank's authorized payment server.
e-procurement (Standard)
The e-procurement module allows authorized users to create instantaneous quotes and orders, view project specifications, instructions and status. Users can quote and order services at customer-specific and quantity discount pricing and store them in history for use during repeat visits.
Resellers such as Brokers and Agencies can markup quotes and have them e-mailed automatically to end users with only their own Broker or Agency recognition.
Visitors are able to apply on-line for end-user or reseller accounts and credit terms. Standard configuration includes company credit account, COD and production down payment options. Extended configurations may include credit card and digital cheque payment options with use of the e-payment module.
e-production (Optional)
The e-production module works in conjunction with the e-docket module to enable extensive employee feedback during production. Employees can input production feedback information such as actual quantities materials used as well as setup, run and down times on all services.
e-reports (Standard)
The e-reports module can be customized to your company's specific needs. It will allow company administrators the ability to create customized reports via projects, orders, quotes, customers, sales representatives, inventory, services, equipment and or prices. Reports can be viewed in HTML and/or exported in a standard spreadsheet format.
e-schedule (Optional)
The e-schedule module works in conjunction with the e-estimation module to enable extensive equipment scheduling. During the estimation process, detailed equipment information is used to calculate setup times and run times to allow employee and equipment scheduling your company's existing production equipment.
e-search (Standard)
The e-search module assists users in locating specific pages and static web page content through your E-complete' customer web site. The site search assists users by locating specific page content. The site map illustrates all customer accessible links, giving users immediate access to any page.
e-secure (Optional)
The e-secure module provides for the secure transmission of confidential proprietary information. Confidential information is encrypted and exchanged via a secure server utilizing SSL Technology (Secure Sockets Layer). A digital certificate is incorporated to ensure authentication of users, non-repudiation and integrity of information.
e-shipment (Optional)
The e-shipment module provides shipment notification and price calculation via a cost per pound-per location rate system. Upon request the e-shipment can be customized to integrate with on-line shipping software from companies such as United Parcel Service (UPS).
e-supplier (Optional)
The e-supplier module provides the ability to seamlessly integrate with multiple suppliers to reduce inventory and enable supplier chain management of products and services.
e-support (Standard)
The e-support module provides commonly asked questions and answers as well as automatic intelligent responses to help desk and product return authorization requests.
e-stats (Standard)
The e-stats module provides detailed web site statistics that include: sites and countries of origin for visits, hits and data transferred per month, day and hour as well as search keywords and browsers utilized.
e-wireless (Optional)
The e-wireless module allows E-complete Software to convert required information into a format readable by wireless devices such as cell phones, PDA's and inventory scanners.
